At MaisonDuModa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
